In practice

Start with the question you are asking, then add only the studies that help answer it.

Keep the process simple: establish context, add the tool only when it helps, and preserve the result so the next review starts with the same information.

Indicators FAQ

Questions about indicators.

These answers explain how the feature fits into a disciplined charting workflow, including the limits that matter when market information is used for research.

What types of studies can I add to a chart?

Adaptive is designed around common technical study categories such as moving averages, momentum, volume, volatility and comparison overlays. The exact set available in a workspace should be confirmed in the product, since a study should not be described as available unless it is actually enabled.

Can indicator settings be adjusted?

Indicator controls are intended to support custom parameters so the study can match the timeframe and method being reviewed. The goal is to make the configuration clear without crowding the chart with unnecessary controls.

Should I use several indicators at once?

You can, but more studies do not automatically produce better analysis. Start with price and market structure, then add a small number of indicators that answer a specific question rather than stacking signals that say the same thing in different ways.
